How to Order

Ordering from Shayra takes about two minutes. Here is exactly how it works.

Step 1 — Choose your piece

Browse our collections and open the product you like. Read the description carefully for fabric details, what is included in the suit, and stitching status (unstitched or stitched).

Step 2 — Select your size

Choose your size from the dropdown. If you are between sizes or unsure, message us on WhatsApp before ordering — we will help you pick. Size exchanges are easier to avoid than to process.

Step 3 — Add to cart

Click Add to Cart. You can keep shopping and add more pieces, or go straight to checkout. Your cart is saved as you browse.

Step 4 — Checkout

Click the cart icon, then Checkout. Enter your full name, complete delivery address (including city and area), and an active phone number. An accurate phone number matters — our courier will call before delivery.

Step 5 — Choose how to pay

Select your payment method at checkout. We accept Cash on Delivery and bank transfer. For bank transfer, send us the payment screenshot on WhatsApp and we will confirm your order right away.

Step 6 — Confirmation

You will receive an order confirmation by email. Our team will also reach out on WhatsApp to confirm your order before dispatch. Once your parcel ships, we will send you a tracking number.

Prefer to order on WhatsApp?

You do not have to use the website at all. Send us a screenshot of the piece you want along with your size, name, address and phone number, and we will place the order for you.
