1. About Us

Shayra is a Pakistani eastern wear brand operating at shayraclothing.com. Throughout these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Shayra, and “you” refers to the visitor or customer using this site.

2. Eligibility

By using this site you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you are using it under the supervision of a parent or guardian. You agree not to use our products for any unlawful purpose.

3. Products and Descriptions

We make every effort to display our products accurately. However, handcrafted embroidery, chikankari and dyed fabrics carry natural variations, and colours may appear differently across screens. Minor variation between the photographs and the delivered piece is a characteristic of the craft, not a defect.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue any product, and correct errors in product descriptions or pricing at any time without prior notice.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without notice. We accept Cash on Delivery and bank transfer.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or system error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid in full.

5. Orders and Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, including where we suspect fraud, where a delivery address falls outside our courier network, or where an item is unavailable. If we decline your order, we will notify you and refund any payment made.

6. Shipping, Returns and Cancellations

Delivery timelines, return eligibility, exchanges and cancellations are governed by our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, Exchange Policy and Cancellation Policy, each of which forms part of these terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including designs, photographs, text, graphics and the Shayra name and logo — is the property of Shayra and is protected under applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute or use our content commercially without written permission.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse this site, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, transmitting harmful code, scraping content, or interfering with the operation of the site or its security features.

9. Third-Party Services

Our store is hosted on Shopify and we work with third-party couriers and payment providers. Their services are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party services.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shayra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our products. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

13. Governing Law
