We ship across Pakistan through trusted courier partners. Here is what to expect.

Order Processing

Orders are confirmed and dispatched within 3 working days. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next working day. During sale periods and around Eid, processing may take slightly longer — we will keep you updated.

Delivery Timelines

Major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar): 3–5 working days
Other cities and towns: 5–7 working days
Remote areas: up to 10 working days

These are estimates from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Courier delays, weather and public holidays can affect delivery.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight. We run free-shipping promotions periodically — follow us on Instagram to hear about them first.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery is available nationwide. Please keep the exact amount ready for the courier. Our courier will call you before delivery, so an active phone number at checkout is essential.

Order Tracking

Once your parcel is dispatched, we will send your tracking number on WhatsApp along with the courier name. You can track your parcel directly on the courier's website.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier will attempt delivery up to three times. If they are unable to reach you or the address is incorrect, the parcel is returned to us. Re-shipping a returned parcel will require the shipping charge to be paid again.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your address, area and phone number at checkout. We are not able to reroute a parcel once it has been handed to the courier, and we cannot take responsibility for parcels lost due to an incorrect address.

Damaged or Missing Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, or appears to have been opened, please record a video while unboxing and send it to us on WhatsApp within 24 hours. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received the parcel, contact us within 48 hours and we will open a claim with the courier.
